John is an expert at growing businesses, having built up and sold several multi-million dollar businesses.

John happens to be a personal friend and mentor of mine, and so I especially enjoyed intereviewing him.

Check out this recording, in which he provides such excellent insights as how to use the senses (color, touch, smell, etc.) when selling. He also explains why it is crucial to understand whether you are selling something that is a “need” or a “want”, as different approaches are needed.
