Starting a Business - Out of Cash and Out of Options
4/13/2006
Have you ever wanted to start a business, but then come smack up against the reality that you have absolutely no money?
That very situation faced Gary Schoeniger in 1987.
He was broke. He had no money. He wasn’t even sure he had any marketable skills.
But one day he got into his battered 1972 Dodge with a borrowed ladder strapped to the roof, and went door to door offering to clean out gutters.
From gutter cleaning and handyman jobs, to home remodeling, to building single family homes — eventually his business morphed into a multimillion dollar construction management business.

Your feeds are not working

Thank you, Chris.
Actually it was a couple of the “add to” buttons that were not working. My Feedster, NetNewsWire and My Yahoo. At one time they were working, but those companies change things and well, the buttons “break.”
I have fixed the My Yahoo button. I took the Feedster button and NetNewsWire buttons down because I could not get them to work at all. Those companies obviously have changed something.
We also have a brand new page with about 20 different ways to subscribe to our content — I hope it helps.
Best,
Anita
