I tried playing with a few things regarding the sound and base _ I have a new microphone and am getting used to its reccording characteristics.  I have narrowed the issue down, I think it has to do with the way Garageband records channels.

I am working on the Um&#039;s and Ah&#039;s. Always a challenge since I want the podcasts to be unscripted and spontaneous.
