The Home page also lists the newest podcasts and the most popular so you might choose to start your search with these.

Pluses: At last a business directory, easy to use, great features, (particularly instant play), good site descriptions and made for podcasters and subscribers alike.

Minuses: They need to pump up the number of available podcasts, time will make that happen.
