I watched you on TV today (Sunday 09/01/07) and hurried to access your web site. Believe me, you solved for me one of my greatest obstacles. I am 60 and whenever I had an opportunity, I blew it by giving my resume of 40 years in Accounting, NGO Program Development and administration, Pharmacy technician, Night Auditor, Medication Aide, Web page designer etc. By the time I finished, one of my interviewers asked me "If you are an Accountant, why do anything else for a living?" This took me from my objective of impressing to defending. Result: Failed interview because I did not appear focussed.

I think it's interesting that it is suggested that numerous pitch's be created for different social settings. That's a great idea and also eases you into the conversation. I also find it interesting that a pitch be created for every niche you may be involved in.
