I really liked this show and felt that it dealt with a topic that all of us can relate to - but may not readily admit. I feel that the most important point is to remain positive in your thinking. When you do so, it becomes your reality - literally.

And I just couldn't agree more with this comment posted:
“Whether you think you can or you can’t - you are usually right.”

Thanks for such an inspirational show, Chris.

Great points, especially pointing out that redirecting your energy to positive aspects will improve your business quality. I agree that you should never let negativity rule your life.

I must say, working on the Internet all day is likely to make you gain some unwanted weight (don't I know!). It becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Now if someone could just figure out an exercise program all of us Internet weenies can do while seated in front of our computers, they'd be a millionaire.

Great interview Chris, I truly did enjoy listening. How "negativity' can hinder a business or personal relationship sure does cover it all. I guess what you put out there is what you get back.
