Kiplinger Small Business Forecast
During a special segment of The Small Business Trends Radio Show, Matthew Mogul, Associate Editor of Kiplinger Business Forecast, was interviewed and discussed the national movement taking place that would force all business owners to offer paid sick leave to employees.
The sick leave is intended to cover such things as the birth of a child and caring for an ailing parent or spouse amongst other things.
Currently approximately a half dozen states are involved in this movement and Matthew says that could spread rapidly in the very near future.

I wasn’t aware of this movement until hearing the interview above. . . .interesting. I’d like to see it happen honestly and it’ll be interesting to see how it plays out.
