I like 'short and to the point' as well and the busy sites send me running away. Additionally, the instant play is a big, big plus. If there's too much involved, again, I simply leave. Even though there is a lot on the right side as mentioned in the post, I don't find it as confusing as many others I have seen. He has a really great speaking voice and I like the music and sound he has added to them. Always a plus for me is the instant play. Also love that they are short and to the point.
