I worked with Deloitte as part of a management team in a large organization and I just have to say that they were great. They provided us with the kind of support/info/advice we just could not get in-house. They helped to give us the strategic structure we needed. The best "train the trainer" experience I've had to date. Not insanely cluttered like some I've seen. They don't have podcast search but they do categorize so you can narrow it down a bit through the categories.
