I have heard about Avaya's services. This certainly is a service that needs to be looked into---sounds great!

This does sound like it would keep employees more productive. I like the fact that employees can easily work from home if the need arises. For employees with children, I'm sure this is a bonus especially during the flu and cold season. They can be home with their kids and still get important work done.

For someone on the go, this seems like an ideal solution and the cost seems reasonable as well. Turning your cell phone into an office phone could be helpful to those running their businesses from home as well and it sounds like it has some nice features. Anyone out there using Avaya's services?
