Small Business Trends Radio

Your Highest Sales Year Ever

Warren Greshes, Sales CoachIn this episode of Small Business Trends Radio, our featured guest is motivational speaker and sales professional, Warren Greshes. Warren offers the key components of an effective written goal and action plan to help you have the best sales year ever.

Here is a sampling of Warren’s 5 steps to creating a successful sales plan:

  • See it and be it. Envision yourself as successful and then take the end result you’d like to achieve and work backwards from it to formulate your road map to success.
  • Write it down. Writing down your envisioned sales plan makes you accountable for it. If you can’t take the time to write it down – you won’t be able to invest the time and effort necessary to achieve it.
  • Formulate your road map to success. Create a road map of strategies to help you achieve your sales goal.
  • Act on the plan. Begin to take action and implement the strategies you have put into place on your road map to success.
  • Keep it going. Sustain the effort by continuing to take daily action on your sales plan. By taking action every single day you create persistence and a habit of action – little by little. And remember: successful companies do not relax.

Today’s Trend: In addition to the above points, please stay tuned at the end of the program to the Today’s Trend segment. The Today’s Trend for this episode is: The Amazing Telecommunications Choices Available Today. Today’s Trend explores the recent explosion in telecommunications choices, many of which did not exist five years ago. Show host Anita Campbell breaks down these choices into six categories: land line telephones, wireless telephones, Skype, Voice over IP (VOIP), PDAs or smart phones and the virtual switchboard and voice mail services.
