Attract More Sales Using The Law Of Attraction

Jimmy Vee & Travis Miller on Attracting More Sales Using The Law Of Attraction

The Law of Attraction states that what you think about most, you ultimately attract. It’s possible to entice customers to come to YOU, but positive thinking is only part of the process. Attraction comes from one thing – and that’s action. Trouble is, most sales professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs don’t know what actions to take.

Jimmy Vee & Travis Miller, of Gravitational Marketing, are our featured guests in this Episode of The Small Business Trends Radio. Jimmy and Travis discuss the power of action and give you a 5 step plan to start attracting customers NOW.

JumpUpHere are the first 3 tips from the show:

  • Differentiate yourself — from the rest. Think in terms of sensational. This creates an intense interest and curiosity. And remember, “Same is lame!” The definition of lame is: A pathetic lack of force or effectiveness. If you are the same as everyone around you then you lack force and effectiveness.
  • Carve out a tiny niche — and become an expert on it to rise to the top. For instance, instead of being an expert on dogs, be an expert on a specific breed. Better yet, be an expert on a specific breeds grooming needs and you’ll find that you have less competition which makes becoming an expert even easier.
  • Add a bit of entertainment — to your marketing and you’ll capture attention. People love being entertained and tend to make buying decisions emotionally first, and logically second. Tap into that emotion because once people start enjoying themselves they become less defensive, more receptive – and more likely to buy.

  1. Martin Lindeskog Says:

It starts with the individual. If you have a positive ego you are ahead from the start. I look forward to listen to the interview.

  2. Amanda Says:

Jimmy and Travis offered really good advice in an energized manner. Their list of myths were interesting to hear. I liked that they pointed out the need to be unique and have fun. I think a lot of people become too serious and loose sight of the passion that made them start the business in the first place.

  3. Chris Says:

I’m a firm believe in the law of attraction and I’ve seen it work. And it’s funny, because many times when a celebrity or an accomplished individual is interviewed and asked about their success and “did you ever think. . .” – many times, their response will be “I just always knew. . .” Those are elements of the law of attraction. “If you think it you can be it. . .”

I particularly liked the advice they offered on exactly HOW to differenciate yourself from everyone else by carving out a niche. You just keep narrowing your focus, and you end up with less competition. The way that they explained it was very easy to understand. But I’d be interested to hear them speak more about how to add some entertainment factors. Because that seems somewhat difficult to me, especially if your business or your industry isn’t necessarily a humorous one.

  4. The Baldchemist Says:

Interestingly, when your enjoying yourself of course the punters want to be a part of the gig.
Humour and I mean subtle sardonic humour, that recognises business problems and solves them with benefit and value we find works effectively everytime.
But there is an art to being able to write great sardonic copy. So be carefull.
Nice piece though; thanks The Baldchemist

  5. Chris Says:

Very good point, Baldchemist! A dose of humor goes a long way. . .

  6. Annie Says:

The law of attraction teaches that we attract into our lives whatever we focus on.

  7. Edward Litors Says:

Very good points here. Niche is the key. Steven Price says “If you want to go broke, market to all the folk, but if yuou want to get rich, market to a niche”. I think that visualization is the beginning of it all though, because without a clear vision from END to BEGINNING (Catch that?), you won’t build the confidence that it can actually happen.

  8. James Says:

You hit the nail in the head. Its a tough competition for my business. Thus, I am following your advice to focus on a certain niche. Thanks a lot!

  9. Law of Attraction Book Says:

Very nice tips. Especially the last one. Adding entertainment to it. When you add something entertaining,it means you are having fun. And having fun is a positive thing and takes away those negative vibes. Great job!

  10. Kendall Says:

Have you heard of the new upcoming movie “How Thoughts Become Things?” I just saw the trailer at It is a question I have had since seeing the Secret, but it really hasn’t been answered very well. I hope this film will do a better job. It claims it will tie the Law of Attraction to modern Neuroscience in a way that will be applicable for everyone. I think that if they can provide these answers it will be wonderful!

  11. Vision Boards Says:

Thank you for the very good tips that you have pointed out above. I, too am a fervent supporter of the law of attraction and dream boards. But, I usually point out to people to use it in their lives. This is an eye opener that you can also use it for your business.
    Cheers! and more power!

  12. Siddhartha Bordoloi Says:

Yes! The Law of Application is also applicable to increase sales and other business ventures as well. The key is one must be feeling good while doing visualisation. Anyway thanks a ton for this nice post.
